Tall Leather Pants
Looking for title of a comic book from my childhood?
I remember the name was a militant sorta name like sergeant something(nothing to do with military)and the dude wore like a bikers leather jacket/pants/boots(vigilante) and had a red bandana covering his face.The guy was tall and buff. I remember he fought some spider freak dude in a room filled with webs and other odd characters. The style of the work was Todd McFarlane-ish. The end of the comic he throws all the “villains” off a building and you see their remains all broken and splattered on the ground(mixed array of em). I remember having the comic around 97′ if that helps.
I believe you are referring to “Grifter” a member of an Image book called WildC.A.T.S. The book was created by Jim Lee and that would explain the McFarlane-ish art. It also fits the time frame you’re referring to. I’m sure the Character had several solo books as well as appearing in the main one. Here’s the wiki link for you to check out.
