What is the best aerobic gym machine to reduce rear end/thighs?
I go to the gym regularly, and like using the elliptical trainer, but it seems to make my bottom & thigh muscles bulkier and thicker. What’s the best machine for creating thin thighs and a smaller bottom? I’m medium sized–5’4″, wear pants size 8, jean size 10.
Please, please no mean comments about losing weight. I come from a family of heavy people who are always sick. I’ve worked very hard not to follow the ‘tradition’ of being overweight, sedentary and sickly.
