Are athletes in England more liberal?
I have never seen a celebration in any American Sports where a player takes off his pants in public yet in England it seems that soccer players pull down their pants or teammates when they do something spectacular like in the Montenegro case.
If it happens once,
does NOT mean it happens all the time.
